Help revive restless legs.

Do you have sore achy legs? I find after a long day or an intense work out the following at home tips help reduce dull nagging pain and increase & stimulate healthy circulation in legs & feet.

1. Lie on your back and elevate your feet up against a wall or chair back for up to 15 minutes.

2. Massage Arnica Oil/Cream into muscles for increased stimulation & relief.

3. Use a body massage brush to gently penetrate product deeper into the skin (I also find this is a great anti-cellulite treatment).
