Fight colds with immune boosting foods.

My office has been fighting a nasty bug so this is dedicated to the marketing team at AI – let’s all feel better soon. 

Here are some cold fighting foods that may help prevent or reduce symptoms;
– citrus fruits
– berries
– salmon,tuna
– nuts & seeds
– hot tea like ginger or lemon
– leafy dark greens
– whole grains like oats or quinoa
