For those of you that enjoyed salty foods yesterday here are some easy ways to eliminate excess sodium.
1. Drink lots of H20 today
2. Walk to lunchwater
3. Load up on potassium – banana’s & leafy greens are a few great options
4. Opt for fresh foods for the next few days
