There are many reasons we should get our sweat on regularly… For those that are needing some extra encouragement… Exercise can be really great for keeping your skin, hair and overall appearance healthy and glowing.
– Working out releases endorphins which help stimulate and circulate blood & oxygen flow leaving a healthy looking glow.
– For the most part exercise works on toning and firming muscles in your body this goes for your neck and face muscles as well. Which will help keep your skin appear more youthful and tight.
– It will also help alleviate stress. And when you have less stress you have fewer reasons to frown.
Any form of exercise is helpful. Try walking with co workers to lunch or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. 10-15 minutes per day can give your skin & body a boost that will get you through the day looking and feeling better.
