What’s in your shower?

Scrubs, gels, shampoos & conditioners can add clutter to what’s suppose to be a place of relaxation. By scaling down on bath/shower essentials you may find you have more room to relax…

– Only use products/brands you love – anything else will just take up space

– Invest in a bath/shower caddy to keep everything neat and organized

– Buy the larger size bottles, in the long run they will save you money and a trip to your local drugstore

– Use pumps whenever possible, they will help eliminate clogged up packaging (you can find them at some beauty supply stores or ask your salon if they have them available for purchase)

– I find a body brush more useful for exfoliation when compared to liquid scrubs, not to mention more tidy (those bottles always slipped out of my hands…)

– Pick up a slip mat, I can’t tell you how many times I have almost broke a leg getting into the shower. This is mainly due to oil residue leftover from cream based products

– Keep a cleaning spray handy and use at least twice a week

Hope everyone is having a great week. Stay tuned for my smoky eye segment tomorrow am on Better Mornings Atlanta:) Shana A King
