How to beat beauty jet lag.

To help prevent stress on your  skin and body during international travel make sure that 2-3 days prior to travel you start a, (what I like to call) “beauty boot camp.”

1. Drink 8- 10 glasses of water so that I am hydrated
2. Eat lots of greens
3. Take fish oil supplements (up to 3 per day)
4. At home facial and body scrub
5. Exercise and stretch for 1 hour the day of travel, and make sure to get up and walk around during the flight
6. And the most important – SLEEP I try to bank about 10 hours the night before (Melatonin can help as a natural sleep aid)
